Hello CJ’s
I made my first batch of potato salad last night, with Yukon Golds from Leaning Shed Farm. I followed the prep instructions to the letter and my twin sons (a.k.a. the hungryhungry boys) gobbled-up all of the potato salad on the plate, which I paired with salmon burgers from Whole Foods Market and some pickled green beans from Bushel & Peck’s Local Market. Dee-licious!
