The Potato Salad Mix was recommended by a friend of mine. I purchased it at Good Harvest, I made it. I, along with the guests of my party really enjoyed it. The only suggestion by one of my friends was that he wished there was eggs in it. I believe if I wanted to put eggs in it I could, that would be more work I told him. Oh well, can’t win them all but this won most of them, thanks CJ’s! Really cool product!
